Construction advising

An advocate for the owner on site: tenders, observation and payment certification.

ASC Studio does not build. It works for the owner as construction management advisor: comparing tenders, visiting site at key stages, reviewing changes and certifying the contractor's progress claims, so the owner has an informed second opinion throughout.
